Family Care Services of Western New York has been meeting the home health care needs of a very diverse client population since 1985. Our Agency’s management team is poised and well prepared to assess each client’s special health care needs and design a specific care plan to address every client’s individual situation. As a New York State licensed home health care agency, all home health care services are provided under the direction of the Agency’s Director of Nursing, approved by the client’s primary physician, and coordinated with the client’s family.

Family Care Services of Western New York researches all possible payment sources prior to initiating any home health care services. The Agency’s services are primarily paid by one or a combination of the following:

  • Long Term Care Insurance
  • Third Party Insurance
